Hi, I’m Heather.
Real Estate Broker
I would love to be your partner in this great adventure of home-buying and selling. I come from a long line of Seattle-lites and have the knowledge of our beautiful city to prove it! There’s no doubt that buying and selling a house today can be challenging. Let’s face it, it is a very large financial transaction. I promise to be a good teammate who will listen and ease the stress. I value your needs and dreams and work very hard for you.
What makes me special? I am 100% for you. I will be behind you, in front of you, and right there with you during this process. This is your most expensive purchase or sale. It matters to me. Choosing the right broker to represent you through it all can make a very large difference for your investment and for your peace of mind.
Little-known fact
I come from a long line of entrepreneurs. For years (like 1927-1986) my family had Schumacher’s Bakery aka, Tastie Home Bakery on 65th in the Ravenna neighborhood. My mom lived in some of the homes in that area and at one time an apartment above the bakery. The bakery no longer exists but the building my grandpa owned remains with my great-grandpa’s name still above the door, W.F. Schumacher. Now this building houses the familiar Zeeks Pizza and Bruggers Begals, and I have a whole lot of memories and a huge unfortunate sweet tooth!
From very young, I was given the gene of hard work. There aren’t many slackers in my family. We all know how to work! I was raised with a good work ethic. When I was a child and we visited Grandpa at the bakery, he didn’t stop to talk. He talked while he worked, always. All of my memories included my grandpa making strudel, kneading bread, pulling cake out of the oven, weighing sweet rolls. He was never NOT working.
While the bakery was the longest and most known around Seattle, there were many other businesses in my family. I myself owned a Pottery Painting Studio and a Coffee shop.
